I'm back

Sorry I've been AWOL guys, I hope my regulars are still coming back. I got sectioned for a few days for missing two appointments. It wasn't nice, I have acquired a nervous system shock/disorder shaking thing. Long story, It will all be in my book one day. Anyways I'm back, I'll get back to blogging now.
